Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is lush and velvety with aromas of dark fruit and blackberry. Rounded out with a light oak finish, it is medium-bodied and balanced.
About This Wine
Winemaker Notes
This balanced Cabernet Sauvignon benefitted from a long, cold winter and a cool spring which allowed an extended period for the fruit to set. The intense fruit flavors developed in the mild fall that followed. Finally, we harvested at night to ensure optimal balance.
